Yasgur Road Productions on Max Yasgur’s 100th birthday on last Homegrown Music Show of 2019
Written by Sister Sylvie on December 15, 2019
Sister Sylvie had fun all year celebrating 50th anniversaries of releases and events for a monumental year in music. Incredible that we are nearing the end of a decade, heading into 2020. Wishing you all peace and joy 🙂 and of course, further music and community. Today Sunday Dec. 15 is the last Homegrown Music Show of 2019. It is also the 100th year birthday of Max Yasgur R.I.P., who allowed the Woodstock Music and Arts Festival to be held on his farmland. Gonna celebrate and will be chatting with Yasgur Road Productions. Please tune in for conversation and great music as always on The Lion 90.7FM (WKPS) – Penn State Radio – streamable via www.thelion.fm
Homegrown Music Show is on SAT. & SUN. noon-3pm Eastern Time.
Expected to resume Saturday, January 4, 2020.
David Gans’ Grateful Dead Hour will continue to air SAT. 11am Eastern Time throughout the winter break.
